Seen some similar in Europe specifically in Prague but can’t help you with these not a maker I know. George may have a clue since he has a ton of guys in this scale.
Given the scale, I suspect they were made for wargamers. I also suspect, from the font used in the marks, that they were made in Germany. I can ask in the German forums I belong to.
A web search on "hauck zinnfiguren", however, turned up what may be our first clue. The site "Zinnfiguren-Bleifiguren", maintained by Herr Bernhard Schwarz, contains a list of the names of makers and vendors:
There is a Louis Hauck listed, with Berlin as his home or location of business. Herr Schwarz has compiled histories of many of the makers in his list; those makers are indicated with a red arrow in the list. Unfortunately, Hauck is not one of them.
There was a Dr. Hauck from Birkenheid who made 30mm solid around 1975 and presented them in Kulmbach ( armies of Frederic the Great )

I got a reply from Franz Josef in the Figure-Mad Forum, who recognized the figures. He writes,
"My passion for collecting toy soldiers began in the early 80s with the tin figures from Hilde Hauck in Maxdorf. They were 30mm fully round figures, in the following themes:
Seven Years' War-infantry, cavalry, and artillery, and staff
German Empire, 1900-1915-parade figures and musicians
Third Reich 1935-1939, parade figures and musicians of the Wehrmacht, Luftwaffe, navy, and Panzer arm."
Franz Josef added that he has a text catalog from Hauck as well. He regrets that he doesn't know if Hauck is still in business. From my searches, I suspect that it is not.
Good thing to see that my memory still appears to be working (here and there - that is) . I knew I had read something about the producer HAUCK sometime, somewhere around here. Blessed with a "Search Function" at this Forum I quickly spotted this thread. As a matter of fact Mr. Hauck is no longer in buisness. His figurines remain to be highly sought after items, by a rather small group of collectors. As they where produced in 30mm scale they attracted/attract many German 30mm Flat´s collectors as well.
Yet this is all a thing from the past by now, as these figures remain almost unobtainable at present. You have to rely on a very lucky shot at a flea market or collectors fair. No dealer will have them in stock (at least not for long). This beautiful figurines where only produced in small numbers with demand definetly surpassing former and actual supply. Talking about 30mm fully round miniatures, Hauck has won my donated Gold Medal on mastering Ductus and Habitus on his figurines.
Anyway I was given these two 7YW equestrians by my dear sister as a very recent and unespected gift.
They both sit in my academic oddities cabinet now - looking great.
