Ive just joined this group so hello to everyone.

I recently uncovered some very old WBritain Toy army trucks. I think they date back to ww1 but i am unsure. I am curious to know if anyone in this group could shed any light on them as i am very intrigued to find out more. they are:

I believe the 1st two are about 1940's) the 3rd is from the Lilliput range intended for OO scale railways. They were produced in the 50's I believe. The estimate I would give on the first 2 are $500-$800 each and for the 3rd about $150.

Forgot to Welcome you to the forum, also noticed you are from Leeds. Good Stuff !!!

The ambulance is one of the early square radiator models, probably set 1512 which was produced beginning in 1937. If it has the driver and patient on a stretcher it is very, very desirable. without the driver etc it is still a desirable truck. Nice find. welcome to the forum.

Opie in Great Book of Britains says the Army Motor Ambulance, with driver, casualty and stretcher, issued in this style between 1937 - 1941, reissued in 1946 with new body style. The Bettle Lorry with Driver, set 1877 issued in 1940.
