Help ID maker of US Navy Running at the Trail (1 Viewer)

These sailors were found in two red unmarked boxes. They look to be very well made, but the only one sailor has an type of marked on the bottom. What I can make out on the top row is Made In England, the second row appears to have the letter SITD and the bottom row looks like Proprietary Copyright. My first thought is they are homecast, but they are so well done and tied. Any help to find the maker would be appreciated.
