It isn't as if I haven't tried to find this guy. Neither of my reference books show this and looking at countless ebay and other listings and I still can't get a definate ID, so here I am again. Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving given all the restrictions and warnings. I have included two images and would appreciate some help. Thanks to everyone for their help.

Hello again,
I believe what you have is the mounted officer figure from Britains Set No. 2076 Twelfth Royal Lancers, originally issued in 1953, with the single exception that the original red plume on the czapaka has been over-painted in a light blue (for some reason). Check the plume with a strong illuminated magnifying glass for slight traces of red. You photo also shows vestiges of the original gold cross-belt, which has been over-painted in red. Hope this has been of assistance.

You are right. I can see traces of red paint on the blue plume and also the gold cross belt. Thank you very much for the help. Now I know to look a little more for evidence of a re-paint.
