Hello.

I am wondering if anyone can help me?

I would like to know the army represented by two VC Miniatures. I saw them under an ebay listing for VC Miniatures. Unfortunately, I cannot upload the ebay photos. I saw them when I searched toys and hobbies for VC Miniatures. Under the 70 or so figures listed worldwide, I ran into two figures in blue uniforms.

The seller did not have any information on them except that they were series 50 officer and soldier.

The item number is 370333746276.

Thanks for your help.

Here is a link to the auction to help answer the question :)

Welcome, by the way :)

Hi Guys,

They look like ACW Zouaves to me but I am not totally sure on them because I dont have any references with them listed.

That is also a good possibility Trooper.

I hope someone on the forum has a catalogue from this company and can let us know for sure.

Hi, Dave, I'll check my copies of O'Brien tonight, and Garratt's Encyclopedia. The name sounds familiar, but then, as I get older, everything starts to sound familiar :D

Prost!

Well, as I suspected, they're newer that O'Brien's books. But I was reminded of another thread here in the forum, about the availability of VC Miniatures, and found this thread:

It looks like our forum brother Fleurbaix has VC Miniatures' molds. It would be worth contacting him, to see if he has catalog information that would help identify the figures with their original designation.

Hope that helps, prost!
