No room for such a huge project, but I bet it would look great !

Yes another interesting structure, thankfully no room in the inn^&grin, Robin.

A beautiful structure and one I'm sure would look great with figurines to match.

Cheers,
Grey

I have stated this quite a bit lately, "3-D printing will change/ is changing the toy soldier industry" . . . To that point, this model of Herod's Temple is exceptionally well done.

Robin, Mark and Wolfgang.
Yes someone certainly got themselves a great looking model!
I agree Grey, but so far no manufacturer has made any Jewish rebels. Perhaps 3D printed ones would be the way to go for those interested that.
Absolutely Mike. I think printed buildings work the best and gives anyone wanting buildings for their own projects a good choice and with figure manufacturers curtailing their building accessories because of shipping costs etc.

Thats amazing. What is the scale

Jason, I've no idea what the scale is of the one in the photo. assuming you were to contact someone like Forum member Paul Bell with this, as a project you were wanting 3D printed, you would tell him what scale you wanted.

Hi Steve, i have bought from Paul before and will definitely do so again. We just need some fighting israelites and i could populate something like this. Maybe Jenkins or First Legion will throw us an Ancient Israelite bone?

You'd think so by now. Best bet at this time would be Jenkins, going solely by the other ancients he has released in the past couple of years. Just don't hold your breath.

I think FL might be gearing up for some First Temple period Israelites, but Jenkins or K&C may give us some Roman-era rebels. I will happily buy both! I do hope whatever company does them puts in some serious research, as there are a lot of fantasy images and ideas out there. Jomartvr and Horus could probably point them in the right direction, and I have a few thoughts as well.

As noted, the Jerusalem model is something to behold. I have always imagined populating it with figures!

It is magnificent to see in the flesh. Somewhere I took photographs for potential backgrounds, however, I have to look for them.
Best wishes
Benjamin

Yes i would take either Egyptian opponents / levies or roman rebels.

Maybe JJD's Egypt range will cover them...
I think it should.
