Does anyone know anything about this company and if they are still in business? Does anyone on TF collect them or have photos to share?

thanks,

Randy

Yes, they are in business. I found them on Ebay, contacted them about certain poses. They will be expanding their line and I will be buying a few sets shortly. Prices are only $78.00 for 8 figures, a bargain in todays' market. Will be glad to let you know if I should buy any..Michael

I just found their website last night and since no one had ever mentioned them I wondered if it was still viable. They are listed as being in Arizona and there are not many American companies making these subjects in gloss nor as Michael notes at such bargain prices. I do plan to contact them.

One of their Royal Mountain Artillery sets:

I've seen their figures on eBay, too, particularly a couple of figures from the children's TV show that the proprietor references ("Wallace and Ladmo").

I'm looking at their website now, and I agree with Maddadicus, their figures look like recasts, looks like some Britains, and maybe Authenticasts as well (eg, the 1870 Prussians).

I haven't found any explanation of how they make their soldiers.

For the price, you could probably still pick up the originals, or as far as Britains are concerned, you could get the castings from someone like London Bridge and paint them yourself. They'd look crisper than the ones shown on HTS' website. Some of them look a little rough, especially as far as the bases are concerned.

But otherwise, they're not bad, very much in the classic toy soldier style.

Prost!

Will let you know shortly..I have my sights set on some Sudan Egyptians, marching. Though they do not show marching Sudanese or varied Zulu war units yet, I am told that they are working on them...Michael

Sounds great and I look forward to your report.
