I just got in a few more FL figures one of which is the running German holding onto his helmet. I was trying to think of how to best use him for some pictures, and the first thing that came to mind is to just use him by himself running towards or from something. I decided on running from something and that something here is a Russian KV-1 tank.

Very nice Duke as always. I take it the kv the FOV One ?

That's pretty cool, well done {bravo}}

Thanks.

Thanks for that. Yes, that's a FOV KV-1 that I repainted and remarked with some Tamiya decals.

Neil, Here's a shot of this KV-1 I had used in a different scene so you can see it better since it's just in the background in these others. Also, First Legion House in this shot and a nice piece by them.

Thanks Andanna, Brad, and Mitch. I really do like this figure from FL. I like a good action pose sometimes that's a little different from the typical standing and firing type. This figure is very nicely posed and does look natural as if he's running as fast as he can.

I totally agree Awsome fig the way he is running and holding on to his helmet, looks intense. I just
placed an order for that Fig and Gerstal 12, 11, & 14 can't wait til they arrive ^&grin, By the way
Duke some nice shot's you post. Keep it up and often :salute::

Very nice. IMO some of your best photos yet. Excellent use of 2 great pieces to make some wonderful pics.

Thanks. I also just got the GerStal 14 figure and will be coming up with a plan for him and other figures soon.

A very nice dio, also one of my favorite individual soldiers as well, but I also like the other two German runners as well, all 3 together make a nice little set in any dio...Sammy

Brilliant dio and photo work. He's indeed a great figure. Last thing I'd be worried about though is hanging on to my helmet...lol
mike

He is as good as dead , with no cover in site he is like a squirrel trying to cross a four lane road with four trucks coming no chance at all ... unless of course there is a trench just out of frame :wink2: . Thanks for sharing Gebhard

Yes, I should have given him something to run and hide behind, he's out of luck in this scene.

Thanks Mike. Yes, he should just go ahead and knock his helmet off, throw down his rifle and run like the wind!{eek3}

Thanks Sammy, I do plan on picking up the other two running Germans at some point. With FL I will have to grow my collection somewhat slowly.{sm4}

Excellent shot Duke, thats a nice figure too. I don't fancy his chances much though!{eek3}
