Honour Bound - Sets and Images (1 Viewer)

I pre-ordered all 3, they are simply awesome, I hope I am not disappointed when I actually get them, I am sure that they will be very nice in person.

Dear Fred,
Goodbye retirement savings! I have met the Honour Bound tanks and they are awesome! We got into Buenos Aires yesterday morning and went first thing to the Donzino studio where we met many frin their staff of painters, sculptors and castors. It was wonderful to see all the Beau Geste masters altogether in one case but then...taa daa! The Honour Bound tanks in person in all their glory. I can tell you that the pictures no matter how nice do not do the real thing justice. I have never seen such wonderful detail on a tank--even the vents on the tanks not only have grills punched out instead of just molded, but they have filters underneath!
Well, everyone has arrived to begin another day at the studio so my lessons are about to begin! I will keep you posted!
Adios!

Shannon, I second Brads question, will the figures be compatable with K&C. That is my big concern.

This looks great - can't wait for Andy's empire to strike back - if the AK sets are any guide this is really looking like an expensive but enjoyable year.....

I am currently sitting in the Donzino studio surrounded by Honour Bound figures so here is an update:
The figures are the same height as K&C so they will mix. They are much more slender than the stocky K&C figures so they definitely have their own style but I am impressed with both the sculpting and the painting. They are very nice and I can't wait until they are ready!

I think the slender characteristics may be of concern to some K & C collectors but we'll just have to wait and see since there's nothing better than examining them in your own hands.
