How About a "Collections" Forum? (2 Viewers)

Hi UCLA,
Sorry, I missed your original post. Adding a collections forum sounds like a great idea. I have created a Dioramas and Collections category and added a Collections forum to it.
Thanks for the great idea! (And next time email me if you don't get a response on the boards :wink2:)

Thanks Brad, already on it. I have moved several 'easy' ones but I'm sure we'll keep coming across more. FYI to members, I am not moving collection threads if they are of a specific company posted in that forum unless it is requested by the poster. For instance "My Forces of Valor Collection" posted in the Forces of Valor section wouldn't necessarily get moved.

Hi Shannon,

Thank you for setting up a collections forum. I had assumed that you didn't like the idea and were just to much of a lady to say so.

There are a couple of other threads under dioramas that would be good candidates to move: on page 19---Bob Walker Collection Part Deux, Bob Walker 5th Annual Open House, and Bob Walker 6th Annual Open House; and on page 40---Bob Walker Open House. All these threads have extensive photos of Bob's 20,000 figure collection.

Best regards,

Mike

Got 'em. Thanks for the page numbers Mike. It may take awhile to sift through and find all of the collection threads so it is much appreciated to be given Mapquest directions to find and move them. :salute::

Glad to be of help. I know that there are others; hopefully, the poster may see this new forum and let you know where they have posted those collections.

Hi Shannon,

I seem to remember that Lawrence Lo posted photos of his and others' collections somewhere on the forum.

Here are two other threads you might want to consider for the collections forum which are currently under More Glossy Manufacturers: on page 2---Rarely seen Courtenay/Ping Collection and on page 6---Rare Lucotte Collection.

Mike
