How do I update my Album(s) with new photos? (1 Viewer)

So I try to add media to my albums and it won't let me get to anything new, just a list of my albums. Add media to an existing album is a loop back to where I started. Create new album doesn't work @ all. Any advice?

What machine are you using-laptop or desktop, Windows or Mac? Mobile device like an iPhone, or an Android phone, or other machine? Those details could be important to solving the issue.
