Was going to ask about just Army brats but that might leave some out.

So, if you are a military brat-of any country-maybe list where your family was stationed and what post, base, etc. your dad(or mom)was at.

I’ll start off:

Born at the station hospital, West Point

Then, age 6 months moved to:

Oberammergau, Germany

then

Regensburg, Germany

then

Munich-Pullach, Germany

then

Fort Meade, MD

And finally:

Fort Holabird, MD(retired)

Yes, I am one-

Sept. 1 1972- Born at Camp Kue Okinawa

Dad had a break in service to go to college

1975??? Ft. Stewart

1979-82- Nurenburg Germany

1982- 85 Albany NY- Dad was in Recruiting command

1985-88 Ft. Knox

188-90- Scranton Pa- Dad was back in recruiting command (in fact, he was my recruiter )

1990- Ft. Ord (LIGHTFIGHTERS LEAD THE WAY!!) for 6 weeks then back to the east coast for my own basic training.

My mom and Dad were both military brats as well. Dad took my brother to Frankfurt and then to Carson where he retired at in 1996.

Other notable army brats- Shaq O'neal, Michael Strahan and James Lofton. Michael Jordan's older (?) brother just recently retired as a CSM- USA.

I had to laugh when I was in college one day and this one prof was going on and on about the new "global economy" and how the world is getting "Smaller"- I laughed and I caught up with him later and explained to him that military brats live the global economy!!
