Seems that the well known historian Russel Brand has raised the issue of Hugo Boss's links to the Nazis. He was thrown out of GQ magazine’s Men of the Year Awards accusing fashion designer of helping Hitler.

He told crowds: 'It was Hugo Boss who made uniforms for the Nazis but pictures have emerged of him wearing designer's clothes months ago. Boss were sponsoring the awards.

Interesting article in Daily Mail then goes on to outline Hugo Boss involvement with the Nazis.

PS Hard accessing TF today and one minute OK but then click to go somewhere else and goes dead.

I had read about this before, but the previous stories did not go into the forced laborer issue in such detail.

Thanks for posting.

One thing I do remember from previous articles is that the company paid for an objective and public inquiry into its past which led to the 1999 donation.

Everyone turn in your Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, and Volkswagen. LOL. I assume this fellow is some type of "celebrity." I've never heard of him before.
