A Jagdpanther and Stug III set up an ambush for the advancing Russians beside a road through the forest in Hungary early 1945.

Good display, but the title is not very suitable to me...In Hungary , january 45, the 6th waffen ss Korps was in the snow and wearing heavy clothes...

Looks good Kat, very menacing for anything coming down that road!

Very nice ! It makes me think about how cool it would be to have some/any set's of the Axis satellite countries...as in this case Hungarian troops...but alas i have given up waiting for any TS company to have the guts to make any...

Awesome force to run into, these would take a lot to get past, they would have inflicted a heavy toll. Both are my favourite tanks, great scene. Robin.

Thanks for all the complements on the scene. The backdrop is a 16X20 inch poster and it is neat to use the road section for vehicles appearing to be both coming or going.

I think the only German WW II allied forces made to date in 60 mm are the TCS Italian SS troops. I agree with Jager 7080 it would be very nice to have Hungarian troops! Russian allies i.e. Polish and Czech would also be very nice too.
