Finally May has arrived. Hopefully the dry spell in collecting JJD is about to end. I told the kids that their mother would like to have BM-10 and the Stockade gate and walls for Mother's Day. I hope she likes them as much as I will. Ya gotta luv holidays . . .

It's my favorite month, too. My birthday falls on the 30th. Used to get the day off, too, until Congress decided to change Memorial Day to the 4th Monday in May instead.

(Personally, I think we could stand a little inconvenience to our schedules, to honor our war dead. "Sorry, Grandpa, we can't have businesses close on Wednesday, to remember your sacrifce at Omaha Beach. We're sure you understand." What's next-the Fourth of July will be the first Monday in July, and Christmas will be on the last Friday in December?)

But May is great, Spring is finally in motion, it's still not too hot, everything is blooming. New life, gotta love it.

Well I know what part of that answer is. When I got home this evening I received an email notification that my pre-ordered BM-10, 2 stockade gates, and 5 sets of stockade walls were shipped to me today. That's a great start for just May 1. Now if I can only convince my wife to dance around the May Pole with me . . .

Once again, what can I say, excellent figures.

I do like the new USCH figures.

I picked up USCH03 and 04, and BM10 today and very happy with all of them. A great day to be a JJD collector.
