To keep up with all the new releases. I have just got in the pre Christmas stuff in. Reserved January and low and behold there is Febs to also reserve. I was trying to restrict myself and not do WW1 or WW2 but that new Stug looks a blinder. I was big into TG but have only ordered Monty's staff car and a few Russian Napoleonics from the Jan releases. JJD has stolen my interest for the moment!

I feel your PAIN Gary. There have been months when there is nothing that I want / need to add to my collection. Then there are other times that are a struggle to try to get all the fantastic items that John, Andy, Tom and others put out.

John has been killing me the last year with all the Corsairs, Wildcats, BH decking, BH crew sets, the AWI Saratoga sets and the RSF Indians, Canoes and more …..{sm2}. Add to that the treasure of USMC figures and Japanese planes and figures from Andy and Tom and ……. well a definite strain on the wallet.

I just grab some here and there and keep on going. … BUT it is so much fun! {sm4}

Just wait until the "Whiskey, Scalps, and Beaver Pelts" range is released . . . . . Yikes {eek3}

Never a better post imo. I sometimes wish I would have started collecting metal two years ago so I had room and more funds to purchase all this new stuff instead of 20 years ago.
I wish I could flip most of my collection sometimes, I am already doing it to a small degree just to make room.
There are several lines of Johns and Andys that I would love to collect and I just can't do it due to space.

Oh yeah, so many great figures to collect, but other things vie for the money that one must have, food, housing etc {sm3}
