This is not going to be a K&C love fest but I do have to say the thing I really appreciate that K&C does, that no other company does, is release new items when they say they will.
I really can,t think of one set announced by K&C that was not released when promised.
I heard rumblings of future releases such as a German bunker that have not appeared but I don,t think it was an official K&C release, just speculation.
There is one company, that need not be named, but anyone in the hobby knows who I am talking about, will anounce a new item to be released in a few months where I have waited years before it came out and then some items never made it to market.
Sure I would like to know what Andy has planned for next year, but better him not saying, in case a problem arises, than we be disappointed.
On another note, that other forum is just plain odd.

I,ll have to agree with you on that! K&C are the best at keeping track with there release dates out of all the other manufacturers. It seems like some of the others just conte-(I mean can,t)-keep up with there release dates.:p

Speaking of releases, has anyone heard any more information about the "summer surprise" for the 8th Army that was going to be released this summer?

I heard the suprise is everything John has requested over the years, all being released at once as a super limited edition of one set of each, but for sale only to people who never demanded anything from Andy (which puts me out of the running).

Great news Louis!

Does that mean we’ll finally get a Landwasserschlepper, manned by a crew of three Italian Marines, carrying a captured Mk IV Cruiser tank outfitted with towing equipment and painted in Afrika Korps colors, a Panzer-Selbstfahrlafette with a 7.5 cm gun accompanied by Rommel in leatherhosen kicking the front tire, and an Opel Blitz truck with removable canvas canopy and two Afrika Korps figures riding in the back, one playing the harmonica while the other sings the Horst Wessel song.

I can’t wait!

Rick,
I hope Andy will bring out a more complicated set. He is not a beginner, you know!:D

OK, love fest OVER! Now back to our regularly scheduled Andy bashing:

Down with K&C, DOWN WITH ANDY!!!!

Can't let that Kilted Kretin's head get too big.

That was a joke Mr. Man right?

Open attacks without substances, curious about your motivations for these statements. This isn’t just King and Country bashing because its fun is it?

I’ll reserve the rest of my comments until I hear your response.

Carlos

Well, yes, it would be a bit of sarcasm. I would have thought it was obvious. I do, however, believe that there is a certain amount of Andy-Christ (phrase began by the folks at Frontline Figures) bashing that goes on here though, not from me.
