Yes, I understand that it's hard to believe but with a collection of few thousand figures, all were glossy ones.
So it's only today that I've just purchased my first matt figures !
When I saw the new K&C Pipes and Drums of the Black Watch I just couldn't resist.
I'm now very impatient to receive it and display it in my shelves where it will be surrounded by glossy figures.
I suspect that if K&C produce more band like this one they will get reinforcements.

Michel, You can always get out the Humbrol gloss and have at them.

To some purest it may be a sin, but trust me the world won't end. ;)

Thanks for the advice  but that's something I definitely won't do!

I most likely wouldn't do it either. I like yourself tend to prefer glossy painted figures, but it I see something I really like painted in matt, the finish won't stop me from adding it to my collection.

I have seen this set and it is very attractive. Congrats!
