I have a question for Ken

I'm a big fan of the W. Britain ACW.
A picture of my ACW battle.

Will there be more Confederate Cavalry and more wounded and dead set Union/Confederate this year?

The Union Stretcher Bearer Set has a zouaves. Will there also be fighting figures?

Just an idea from my side: Is it possible to make Berdan's 1st US Sharpshooters?

From one WB ACW fan to another Harrie, you have a very nice battle scene and collection. My favorite area is your Confederate firing line. Again, very nice and thanks for sharing it with us. Its really nice to see other members' ACW collections.

Harrie,
That's a great battle scene! I asked Richard Walker the same thing when he came up to New England last month. He told me he would like to release Zouaves next year and maybe Berdans the following. I myself would love to see some sharpshooters in my dispaly! But what ever is next in the ACW line up, I'm sure we wont be disapointed! Britains makes the best Civil War figures in the world! IMOP:D

That is a great collection you have! I suppose the short answer would be yes to all of the above... but seriously, the Berdan's are a bit further off as we like to have a good selection before we move off to something else. A hard lesson learned from the past as far as doing three of this and three of that and never getting back to a subject.

Dead and wounded are a grim reality of combat through the ages and there will be more soon. Additional Cavalry, Zouaves and a few more surprises are also on their way.

To visit the Berdan's subject again, we have been focusing on Gettysburg as of late and we know that the green frock coats were put in storage for the campaign so sack coats would be the dress, probably with green forage caps. This version may have mixed reviews... but one I would like to see.
Hopefully these answers will help in the short term.

All the Best,
Ken

As I have said in the past, when WB offers an ACW figure you can be assured that Ken has done the proper research and that the figure will be historically accurate for the time frame/battle being represented. I for one would like to see some sharpshooters in "blue coats" with the green caps - really cool and another interesting twist in "what really happened" in history.

Great Collection - I was get a kick out of European - American Civil War Collectors :D

Very impressive display - like the unit action going on there. ;)

Thanks for posting these photos of your ACW collection, Harrie. As others have said already, this is a really nice looking group you have on display here. Lots of items I wish I'd gotten when they were more easily available, but then I know there will be more to come.

As for the wish list, I too would love to see WB produce zouaves in action and more basic infantry poses and mounted officers for both sides in future. 1st Minnesota perhaps?

Very nice looking battle. You have a great selection of flagbearers, and like Ron, I like the way you have them grouped.

Nice diorama and figures Harrie. I enjoyed viewing your Civil War battle. John
