I don't know if this is a common trend overseas, but we're seeing a lot of this type of offending behind the wheel by young teenagers over here, thankfully mostly late at night. The kids know police won't purse them if they drive the wrong way down the motorway, but still try baiting cops anyway.
This is scary stuff when you consider what could happen if crashing head-on at high speed, which has already happened.
Thankfully the lads round these fools up pretty quick using police dogs and the police helicopter.
