Hi All,

As promised, here is a new thread for one of my resin elephants. This is the second elephant that I'll be working on since my Mauryan piece a few years back.
The snazzy title is just opportunistic to snare the panzer collectors to take a looksee...

I've added tusks. I found it very difficult to cast resin tusks due to their small size. These tusks were made by shaping putty around a bent wire. When hardened, a lot of filing was done. I cut off the tips to sculpt in caps later.
The tusks were inserted into pre-drilled holes.

The imperfect sides of the elephant will be covered by a blanket.

thanks for your inputs. I've just sprayed the piece with primer to highlight the defects.

I added putty to bulk out and smooth the sides. The intention is to add a cloth covering over the elephant.
