Prudence "Tuppence" Beresford (right) a new member the British Voluntary Aid Detachment recently arrived on the Western Front gets some tips from Catherine Barkley (left) a seasoned member of the V.A. D. Both are serving as ambulance drivers and their 1918 Ford Model T Ambulance is seen behind them.

John's superb WWI ambulance arrived today and I couldn't wait to get it before my camera. It is a real beauty with incredible detail throughout. There are even individual valve stems on each tire and a hand crank to start the engine. This has to be the best WWI ambulance on the market. While waiting for John to release his own medical figures, I thought I would try it out with 2 of my W. Britain WWI nurses.
