Leutnant Hans Bauer, of the 5th Panzer Division, is happy to be away from the Russian Front and currently under the care of Deutsche Rote Kreuz Nurses. Since he is, at the moment, the only patient in his ward, he has asked one of the nurses to write a letter to his family back home in Stuttgart.
