Interest in the Sudan Gun Boat (1 Viewer)

Quesion for the TF's that are collecting the WATN series. How many of you plan on getting the Nile Gun Boat. Robin (villagehorse) posted in another thread about the boat and got me thinking about how many people would be interested in buying gun boat. I would love to have it...but I just don't have the ability to display it..I think this what is keeping me from putting it on the list...I don't enjoy collecting soldiers and storing them away anymore...I have to see them..

I have the river mat and jetty already waiting Brent, just have to swallow hard when I let go of $1000, but I cannot resist knowing there will figures subsequently releases to compliment the boat. I just hope I am still around to see it, a lot can happen in a year. Cheers, Robin.

Robin....The price tag has me a little gun shy on buying the gun boat...but I still don't have room in my display cases...so I have decided that I will enjoy the pics you post of your gun boat..^&grin

The price quoted at the London Show was £800-£1000 which equates to $1300-$1600 at current exchange rates

I think my plan is to close my eyes when I take the item to the counter:rolleyes2::rolleyes2:. But it is a must buy for me.... My plan is to do a dio where the camel corps is defending a small riverside post (using Rorke's drift pieces), and are beginning to withdraw the wounded unto the gunboat, and the gunboat is sending its artillery to aid the camel corps.
