I'm surprised there isn't a message board on the forces of valor website. I think its a great line, even though some pieces are very hard to get. I personally think some of the retired products should get reprinted.

Welcome to the forum Trooper. How about posting some pictures of your FOV collection? I'm sure everyone would enjoy seeing pics of another collection.

The GP3 site also discusses the FoV stuff, but they wander off into warbird topics so often it's hard to discuss armor there.

FoV is very nice but their releases are so few and far between that it's frustrating. The much-wanted GI truck has been delayed several times.

I'll snatch my sisters camera away and take some pics later today and post them. It's only a small collection right now, but I'm hoping to increase it;)

Hey Tr00per,
Get off the freezer! You do'nt have any winterized tracks! The crews will freeze:p:) Keep posting, participating, and more importantly, have fun playing!! Mike

Hehe... I'm going to start collecting again once I get this new job which will nearly triple what I was making previously...gotta love a college education:D

On a side note I'm a completist, so its going to cost a lot of money to fill in my collection:eek:

Hi Cabe, nice to see you on this forum too! I'm with you on multiple forums, I have accounts on Small SCale HQ, this forum and Armorama for dioramas...

Nice collection Trooper. I cant hardly believe how hooked I got on FOV tanks. Thank goodness I dont feel the need to own them all. I'm working on a photo dio of my collection of german tanks right now.

No. It's bad when you pay over 800 to get a 7x7 display shipped cross country to be disassembled on front porch and then reassembled upstairs.
And all to give your toys a home. And guess what? I am moving this month yay!
I wonder how much I could get for my collection on ebay with the 3 display cases included?
(the small ones are Ikea, great cases for $54 +$10 for lights.

Yes, but i am selling most of those off to make room for my custom re-paints and newly re-acquired hobby of...modeling

It was FOV models that got me into the larger tanks and Del Prado got me into K & C figures. I sold off most of my FOV models but I'm not sure that was a good idea considering the increasing cost of K & C stuff lately

The increasing cost? wow K & C have been made of diamond and plutonium rods for years!

A FOV tank costs around $100 in Australia because of freight and a greedy distributor so there wasn't a great difference between K & C and FOV until K & C went over the top with pricing.

I didn't see that IKEA had display cases. The Chicago show is right next to the Schaumburg IKEA store. I'll have to look for those.
