I've ordered "Wrath of Northmen" figures from several Britain distributors dating back to mid-April (some did include "pre-orders" but not all). However, I have yet to receive any figures that are currently available (pre-orders being the obvious exception). What's the story now? I've heard that W.Britain has been shipping again following the lift of some of the covid-19 restrictions in Ohio a few weeks ago or so, so wondering now why no deliveries? Joel

They're probably "on the water" like always. Good luck...

I received an order, on Friday, of some in stock items ordered last month, including matte ACW, WWI, and Wrath of the Northmen. I think there were a few figures I ordered were missing, as not in stock, although they were showing on the website. Customs was part of the hold-up on my order.

No pre-orders, and nothing on Collectors' Club figures.

Joel,
I order some stock items 2 weeks ago and have received them already. In talking with Erika she said that they had received a business loan they were waiting on and had a release of 3 1/2 tons of product and it was on the water as we speak. I told her I really hope to see it because it will make a lot of collectors happy to get their pre order stuff. She told me that she expected to have all the catalogue items available by the Christmas buying season. That is the latest info I can give you. I personally am optimistic that her forecast will come true.

It was bad enough before Covid 19

imagine now how long ?
You can only wonder if there is a financial reason for all the delays in getting product produced and delivered , Three to four years of products and club figures not turning up or turning up late. Not having the backing of a larger company behind you and the lack of cash flow when you don't get new product out can't help.
The shame is WB over good value for money and some good figures (Although a lot of the Naps are lacking new ideas).
I may go back if they get there act together unfortunately for them First Legion is taking all my budget.

Hello,
I think what ever plans they had where blown out of the water by covid.
Hopefully they are just treading water, will survive & be back soon.
I wish them well, even though I’ve given up on the collector’s club.
My budget has gone on K&C Naps, TG Zulus and TG Boer war.
I’m still loyal and hoping figures will come through soon.
The water jokes are funny but I also like the saying “you should not kick a dog when they are down”

The situation has been going on for years, way before the problem of Covid and secondly we are still getting monthly releases from T Gunn, K & C, J Jenkins and Warpark. There are others, but these are the manufacturers I collect. I am always on a downer about WB, but as I have said before, they were an icon and are now a mere shadow of what they were and I cannot see them coming back. I just had a look at the website and the 'New Releases' page is no longer available, but there is a new arrivals page and this seems populated by non-TS or TS related items. I admire them for exploiting the brand and selling these other things, but they are not toy soldiers. I think I am, like many other TS collectors, the reason they cannot or will find it very hard to return back to the same levels as others in the market. I simply do not buy their product anymore, as there are other choices and other companies deliver product on a regular basis.

Hello,
“you should not kick a dog when they are down”

I couldn't agree more! Not calling anyone a dog, but seriously, dealing with something along this line in real life, with humans. You don't beat someone up more....empathy.
