I have the same issue. Pre-ordered a lot of the old guard no further reaction to that although that’s just a pre-order. However I ordered some other figures and just got one email confirming my order, has been close to two weeks ago no further news from them.

Guys you realize they are a very small operation now. Three people at the last count and they moved to a new business site over the holidays. So perhaps we need to be patient

Good Afternoon, been off the forum for a while, but as i too have tried too many time to buy W Britains [as have my dealers in the UK i have asked to get things for me] and have been as successful as the Jets 2020 team.

i saw the above post from DMNamiot apologist for the awful way William Britains TS company has been managed over the past few years. This is not his first disingenous or misleading post, for example to quote "they moved to a new business site over the holidays", what he is failing to highlight is it was the holiday July 2020 period when they moved, not the last holiday period, but he knew that.

All TS companies are small operations, i remember the owner of TG said there was only 3 of them and they churn out sets each and every month, same with JJ, another relatively small operation. THEY all manage to release items on a monthly basis. We were promised, not by Ken as he does not deem this forum important enough to be on it, but others on this forum that once they moved IN JULY 2020 there would be releases every 6 weeks or so, which has not happened, big surprise, there is a TF thread where another WB apologist claimed there had been over 50 releases, but when asked by someone to list them or point to them they did not...............

Couple of final things, let get some perspective, they are only Toy Soldiers.
Secondly i agree in one part with the above post, lets have some patience with William Britains owners, as it is being managed by people who are clearly, now, not very good at running a toy soldier company, they may have been in the past, but since taking over they have been an abject failure. I feel the business model was to sell Ken's own stuff and he wanted the 'brand', a 'brand' which in the toy soldier market is a joke.

Finally, ceatively Ken has produced some great stuff in the past, but creating and making toy soldiers needs a different set of skills to managing a toy soldier company, which unfortunately the current William Britains team do not have.

I would like to make two points:
1. I may have been that "apologist" as I posted that Britains had recently released over 40 new figures (but it is over 50 now). I also gave a link. In case you missed it, here is it again. https://www.wbritain.com/product-store/just-arrived/
2. Name calling is beneath the dignity and good manners of this forum.
