Italeri Austrians with Timpo and Jean Hoefler as cavalry. I have to use BMC awi as artillery until something better comes along.

Great set up - like the use of the Timpo cavalry painted up as Austrians

Pity that Italeri stopped producing the 1st set of Austrians as they had real character

I painted some recently for a fellow collector as the 41st Regt with yellow facings - his ancestor was an Officer in this Regiment during the Napoleonic Wars - see photo below

Thanks for sharing the pictures 9thhusser. I must have bought more than 20 boxes of those Austrians. I still have half of the grenadiers left unpainted but I got all the line guys done. It was a shame the combined line and grenadier in 1 box and limited the poses of each to 4. When they came out with the second set I thought, here we go, a good follow up set, but it was in a slightly earlier time in the wars as were their French.

Please keep posting the pictures. My current pictures are quick setups in my limited space in the basement. If it ever warms up I can get outside for some real setups on the driveway.
