No I hadn't Randy. Thanks for the link.

I have 8 of these and love them. They will be adding many new items to this series including artillery and a gatling gun with crew. They will customize colors for you too.

Where can I get these five figures?:confused:

Those are 3 different sets. Treefrog has the officer(CCA301) and the 4 figure set with rifles down(CCA303). I got lucky and Greens collectibles had the American firing set. The last one they had. I called 6 shops looking for them...Got lucky...

Is it true that East of India is going out of business and this is why dealers are not able to restock their sets?

That's great.There's nothing more enjoyable on the forum than watching someone start collecting a range and see the excitment and joy when they have as they get the sets they want.Keep going.All the best.

Yes - I have KV.
The answer to your next question is;
"No I have no intention of collecting them".
I'm aware that a lot of people have enormous affection for Monarch's Samurai figures. No disrespect meant whatsoever, but I'm not one of them.
Personally, I'm simply mesmerised whenever I look at the East of India Samurai/Greeks&Persian figures we already have - and the Boxer Rebellion/Colonial Collection/Roman figures we're planning on adding to our collection over the next several years.
:)

Harry

Harry, I have around 5-6 sets of the Greeks & Persians and I think they are fantastic. I had them displayed for a while but I had to box 'em up until I find a better location for the figures to be displayed. The detail paint job on each figure blows me away. I'd love to complete that entire collection someday and make a massive battle scene. That would be cool.

Nick :)

Cob webs also.
Has anyone found out what happened to the owner of EOI, Ken? I emailed him many, many times with no response for the past year or two. BSP made a promo diorama for him using his awesome Persians and Greeks and had plans to continue working with Ken. A short time later all went silent from him. Is he okay?:confused:

I heard that EOI is no longer in business. They are not shipping products to dealers as far as I know nor are they issuing new items. I think they were likely victims of the global economic meltdown.
