Hi, New to the site, I am looking to buy 1/32(54mm) Mounted US Cavalry metal figures that were made by a Gentleman named Jack Updyke and were under the name of Minimen. While I have a few of the Dismounted Figures both Cavalry and Sioux, I am mainly after His Mounted Custer Line . I will include a few pictures of some of the figures.

Those miniatures have a lot of detail and they look spectacular when painted and completed.

Hi Mark , Thanks for the welcome!!! Yeah they are great figures just very very hard to find. I have a few in my collection . But would love to get the rest. Like trying to find unicorns mate, dam difficult. Big 1/32 (54mm) Custer buff here. The idea along time ago was to create a huge Diorama of The little Bighorn Battle. To be honest over the years I have a huge collection. But would also love to do a smaller diorama with The 7th Cavalry marching to wards the Valley. I will add a few pics of the Minimen I have and also just a small example of my collection. I have painted and converted all myself but I do not confess to be the greatest painter in the world mate, so don't be to harsh.

TED Deddens acquired the molds (and some inventory) from the estate. He offered a number of figures at the Chicagoland Show. They were very popular I think. The ones I saw were painted in gloss, though. You might want to contact him for a chat. He can be reached at the Britains toy soldier company. Good luck.

Shane.....Thank you for posting your pics. One of many things I like about this forum is the ability to read and see what others enjoy collecting. You did an excellent job constructing and painting these figures. They look great!
