I just found the time to dig out this great 1991 japanese book by Ritta Nakanishi. There are 26 brilliant graphic pages and another 24 pages with linedrawings in this book. Very detailed information with brief english text. Very well designed and summarized. The very best book on the subject I own. Strongly recommended. I photographed the ISBN details for your own search. Great book!!!!
