TM terrain will make you one but there is a wait. I decided to make my own and it looks great. MDF covered in polyfilla, grey model 1/32 scale bricks off eBay, resin 1/32 scale front door also ebay balsa wood door frame and windows and roof ,and for the thatch, strips of Das modelling clay layed in strips and textured down with a fine wire brush i.e. barbecue brush. Not only will it keep you amused during lockdown you will be about 400 quid better off. You’ll wait forever on eBay and then get sucked into an expensive auction.
