Ivan could probably explain this better but I believe they have three levels of painting: collector, art and museum. I think this was painted in art quality.

Yes, that's an example of Attica's Art quality. The figures implemented in this painting quality level can really tell their stories, especially when they are placed on wooden stands. Art quality provides a high attention to the face features, clothing and armor patterns, as well as decoration of bases.

This thread is coincidental and opportune for me.
I had commissioned a Continental soldier from Attica a couple weeks ago. their posted images looked good, so I took a chance.
This thread assures me that my Continental soldier will be a standout in my collection. I will post images when I get it. After that, it looks like I will be assured of the high quality of more pieces from them.
I need a Napoleonic Hussar that is worthy of the ornate uniforms, or a superior Roman Legionary.
