Hi All

I was asked to show the Jubilee figures that I have. Well I only have a few figures from that wonderful line so I will post what I have which is the Gurkha Band and a few of the other sets. I only have the Gurkhas on display right now so what I am hoping is there are a few more folks out there who have sets from this fabulous display.

So if you do please post your pictures here and lets discuss this series too.

All the best

Dave

I thought that serires was very good. I have the coro nation coach from it. It is however packed away. It was the last huzzah of ERTL . For some reason it faded from view with all teh other problems WB had at the time. Thank you for posting. iT is a ownderful band and I wish WB will return to this theme

I look forward to seeing the new coronation coach. Can you recall off hand how it compares scalewise with the new Britains figures?

Thanks Dave. I don't collect the Jubilee Figures , not enuf space nor money, but great to see.

Dick

Hi Guys,

You know I totally understand the space and money issues so I have been picking and choosing from this wonderful sereis. Like the Durbar it was just an immense collection that would require a massive amount of space to display.

I think I have a pretty complete listing of the series and will post it if anyone is interested in knowing how many sets would make a complete display. It is pretty large.

I hope that there are a few others out there who have figures from this series and will share them with us.

All the best

Dave

I can appreciate the space needed for display purposes -- having acquired the "Queen Victoria presenting the Colours to the Scots Guards" series. A full display takes up a 3' by 6' table. And, I don't have the space "luxury" to leave it up all the time. I have to rotate it with other displays.

Dave, I would be interested in seeing the list. Perhaps you would want to post it on the Durbar thread? Thanks

Hi Dave,

I, too, would enjoy seeing the list. However, I think if you post it on this thread, it will be easier to find than if you post it on the Durbar thread.

Warmest personal regards,

Pat

If my count is accurate -- there are 48 different sets - not to mention the duplicates that are needed -- to make up the entire display. Do you have the entire presentation, and any chance you would post photos of it?

thanks in advance,
Dick

Hi Dave,

That is great information! Thank you for taking the time to research the information, organize it, and post it for us. The list will prove useful to any of us who collect or begin to collect the Jubilee figures and sets!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat :)

Yo Trooper, boy that is some list to collect, but what a display it would make. I just stayed with the one. The 7th Hussars band. Now fancy me buying Hussars lol.
Bernard.
