9.Fallschirmjager division (circled on map) was attached to Weidling's LVI Panzer Korps but I'm not aware of any Luftwaffe field divisions.

Around July 1st 1944 the Luftwaffe-Jagerregiment 32 and the Luftwaffe-Jagerregiment 46 were committed to the sector defended by the 21st Panzerdivision. They 1st saw action against British forces during operation Charnwood on the Orne north of Caen. The Luftwaffe took heavy casualities during this engagement.
 
In fact they were used numerous times but often were no match for the Allies.
 
Couple of quotes from the Beevor book on Berlin:

"The most heavily armed force in Berlin was the 1st Flak Division...this Luftwaffe division had an impressive arsenal of 128mm, 88mm, and 20mm guns."

According to Beevor many members of the 9th Division were not paratroopers but "Luftwaffe personnel transferred to ground combat duties of which they had no experience."
