July dispatches news (1 Viewer)

Yeah I like the TG reeases. As Robin said you never quite know what you are going to get. Scottish infantry from the Boer War would be my guess. We know about the German patrol and now the guards. Anything else will have to wait until Monday although Roman and Barbarian vinaigrettes could be in the offing?

Does anyone have some more specific information on the Guards Grenadiers?
Thanks

Can't see these not selling very well ! Would of preferred to see them in late war Wehrmacht uniform and not SS, but I know there's probably more who will want SS. Presumably there'll be an ammunition carrier for the Machine Gunner later on.

Steve

That first sentence in the post would have made my English tutor blow her mind............ I had to think for a minute what it meant? All I can think of is you mean they will sell well?

I like them as have the other similar looking figures in this range, the tank riders. I do agree with you on an ammo carrier, plus the pictures of German troops in Normandy, and many other theatres, sees them draped with linked ammo for the MG34/42. Unless the figures are in retreat and are short of ammunition.

T Gunn are good at creating figures, using the same figures, with different painting etc for say the summer and winter. The WW2 German Paras are very good, I would like to see these figures in a winter dress or late war, such as the Battle for Berlin.
