As Tony Neville mentioned earlier it is a Public Holiday in Hong Kong today 1 July.
The holiday is to commemorate the taking back of Hong Kong by China in 1997. So it is now 12 years since I was a Police Officer in Hong Kong.
No doubt you have noted K&C's logo is a Crown in a Red Star.

We should avoid using titles like 'July Dispatches' for the "pre-dispatch" discussions because it can lead to confusion when the post for the real dispatches comes out. Maybe use a title like "July Dispatch speculation" or "What the heck is Andy waiting for, I'm dying here waiting for the July Dispatches".

i was going to say, how in the world are we going to afford all the fantastic things that have already come out, and people are already looking out for k&c's next releases. Frankly, i hope that nothing k&c releases this month have anything to do with the areas i collect.

Hi Kurt,

I agree with your proposal. More than once, I have logged on to a "speculation" thread when I was expecting to find the actual Dispatches. Sometimes, the thread titles can be confusing.
