Holy schneike!!! A Firefly and a Winter 88!!!:cool::cool::cool::cool: Wow, Figarti really stole a march on everyone at this show!!!

Upon closer inspection, the 88 is being pulled by an eight ton halftrack which has opening storage hatches and removeable boxes in stowage!! We need some shots of the Halftrack please!!:cool:

Louis - I'll post more later but I'm off to work?????

THEY SO DID!!!

The Firefly is simply one of the best Tanks i've seen,so good i just had to get one.The finish on it is superb and it's Joe Ekins Tank the guy who got rid of Wittman, comes with details of the battle. The Sherman is only rivalled by the 88mm,another cracker of a set.Great figures and this is going to sell like hot cakes, again i had to!;)I also got the Cambrai, great model and i'm so glad i did,but if you think the Grant is good wait until you see the Firefly!;).

I also got my hands on the K&C Landing craft and the superb figures that come with it.I cam home loaded and very happy!.

Also saw FL's Stalingrad figures today.Absolutely superb craftmanship on these, the painting weathering etc on the uniforms is spot on.They scream realism from that battle and would grace any collection. No they don't fit size wise with K&C and Figarti, but would make superb collection on their own.Unfortunately i'd spent my money.Clive at Figarti really caught us on the hop with the releases today.I almost forgot!.The Winter Prime mover is anothe excellent release,Figarti are on fire right now.

Great catching up with all the guys today and also very nice to meet Molloy

That's freakin' amazing. Are they now available at all dealers?

Well, at least it's a sunny day as I sut here in St. Stephens Green in Dublin.

Thanks! I have to be honest with you . . . I am really looking forward to the battle between Figarti and First Legion for the title of who makes the best vehicle. Right now, the defending champ is Figarti, but the photographs of First Legion's StuG have announced it as a very serious contender. I look forward t sitting the Firefly and the StuG next to each other in the museum, and making my own call (frankly I suspect that collectors like us will be the winner).

And if the Figarti and First Legion vehicles sell well, establishing a strong market for high quality vehicles in the $240 to $350 range, I suspect that K&C will decide to enter the higher priced-higher quality vehicle market as well - I would love to see what the factory that makes the present Museum Quality warbirds could do with an armored vehicle . . .:cool::cool::cool:

Even I will say that the one image I've seen below of that Firefly is REALLY good. Hats off to Figarti for a great release. Really great tank.

See other threads, but the great photo of the Firefly et al just do not do them justice, And there were two storches!!!!!!!!! And a set of excellent tommies from the Highland Division.

This has been a terrible show.......................................:rolleyes::rolleyes:

More photos please . . . I need to see the dioramas for First Legion, more shots of the Figarti Stuff, anything else new and interesting . . . ;)

A very hot day and show was great! Great to meet my fellow Froggers :)

Nice one Kevin, bet your glad you snapped one up eh?:).I think the Cambrai is a great Tank, but with the Firefly its gone up another gear!

Rob

I would bet it would be in the same price range as the M3 tanks/tank recovery vehicle.
