1. I started to study some pictures of the Juno beach Atlantic wall.

When you look at these pictures you can see that the wall is approx 1.3/4-2 times the hight of a soldier. The average hight of a man is 1,75m. So the real wall is approx 3m high. In 1/30 scale this means 10 cm in hight . The length is no problem , you can make this wall as long as you like .
I went to the 3D print shop with my drawing and measurements, ( see drawing below)

this is the result of the 3D printing exercise

Now the work begins: The whole purpose is to make it look more like a concrete wall;
1.Use a filler or plaster to cover the total surface of the wall ( I used polyfilla elastic filler)
2.When dry, and to give the surface a better concrete look, cover the surface with acrylic concrete paste from Abteilung 502 ( ref P509 grey)
3. When dry take a sharp needle or knife to carve the detail of the wooden planks holding the wet concrete
4.Use some thin string to imitate the gabs between the planks. Also cover the string with concrete paste. When dry you can start painting the wall
