Many sellers seem to make references to items put up on eBay. Why not just offer them for sale here? I would think buyers would be more concentrated here. Sellers should realize the prices they would like right here, no??

I do not do e-bay myself and have only sold my stuff on this forum. You must realize that the forum offers a much smaller audience than e-bay and thus will not pull down the prices e-bay does. This forum has some 1300 members of which only about 900 might be active. Compare to a world wide audience of millions that e-bay has and the forum, while I prefer it, will not bring the top end prices. It is an economic decision for many. JMO. -- lancer

I've sold items here and had sold some on ebay by my good friend Tom.I can make more on ebay usually or lets say a few months ago I did but I like to sell here also to give my fellow forum members first chance at items even if I might make less.
