I was recently asked if I could display a large part of my Toy Soldier collection
in the Toy Museum.
They have just finished painting the room and have suspended camo netting
from the ceiling.
Next week the tables will be in and then I will be setting up the various dioramas,
with my Vietnam Diorama in the middle, in time for Anzac Day.
Will post photos of the progress.

That sounds exciting for you. Really enjoy doing this type of thing. I have a trade fair in Adelaide in June and I to will be also displaying Vietnam. Look forward to seeing what you come up with, might borrow some of your ideas {sm4}, Robin.

Looks great so far! I'm looking forward to seeing photos of the finished exhibit.

Brendan

The wooden table frames have been built, and the table tops go on tomorrow,
and get painted, then on thursday, is the fun day of laying out the dioramas, and decorating the walls.

Brilliant a real head turner. Particularly like the LH charging down the narrow street and confronted with an obstacle to test man and beast as the ground falls away. The Turk/German map table vignette looks interesting. Depicting my favourite range especially the beautiful horses this is a knockout display. Difficult to see the Vietnam one topping this, but await in anticipation for the next instalment. Cheers, Robin.

Love the desert village and can't wait to see the Airfield and Vietnam dios.

Will be really interesting to hear the sorts of reactions and feedback the displays receive.

Just finished setting up my Airfield Diorama.

The 105’s look superb. Studied the jungle intensely to discover all the action going on. There is a lot to find and room for more given the size of the terrain board. A fun project for sure, appreciate the photos. Robin.
