I tend to think the seller/s want to make up the gas, flight or room bill in exchange of the figure...otherwise it is a perfectly nice figure, unique as well and worth keeping!

Thing is this is just a repaint of an existing sculpt LAH 59 marching algemeine officer. These could be repainted very easily

Still it was offered to a few individuals who attended the Westcoaster. In my eyes this makes it a worthy piece and a special gift...plus it has it's own K&C box & limited number label...I know, I know labels can be made too

True, but in the end it just is not the same. In short, a repaint vs. a limited collectors figure.

Agreed. The older promotional figures used to say Chicago or Los Angeles with the year on the base.
