When I go to fax my form to K&C to become a club member do I have to put any other numbers infront of the fax number given other than ONE when sending to Hong Kong?????

Dear Wellington,
From the U.S., it is 011-852-2861-3806.

"011" is the international long distance access code for the U.S. (not sure if you use the same access code or whether you use a long distance carrier with its own access code);
"852" is the country code for Hong Kong;
"2861-3806" is the fax number for K&C.

Check your phone book, there is usually a section in front with long distance dialing information.

I had real problems faxing it from work. So eventually I just sent them my details in several emails.

Do it like Steven suggests to do it. The international code for Canada and USA is the same: 011
