I'm curious if others on the board have had an issue with broken K&C pieces. I have had quite a few chipped and broken pieces lately. The worst so far, the new US jeep ambulance. Broken arm holding the plasma bottle, and the stretcher bars on the front of the jeep completely broken off. I hate to even bring it to my dealers attention. I know they would replace it, but it's a pain when I have to return so many pieces. Plus being a retailer myself I understand what a huge pain it is when your exchanging broken pieces and the problem is out of your control. I managed some repairs, but why should I have to fix it for the price we pay for these guys. Just looking at this piece it looks like they're will be lots of shipping problems with it. Maybe we shouldn't be releasing so many items so fast :) Quality not Quantity.

Were any of the damaged items from the new packaging or from the foam packaging?

All from the old style foam. This was the last release from the new D-Day sets. I'm curious if it was delayed because they're was a lot of breakage. When I look at fragile items like this I'm glad I don't sell this stuff. I'd be up at night wondering if they get to where they're going in one piece

I forgot to add, that this piece is the perfect candidate for the new hard shell plastic packaging.
this problem is old and at now not resolved this product is the best in the market (my opinion)but to much times fall in down in a bad mode of packaging

great dealers make your voice big with the company .....pleaseeeeee

Some of the AK vehicles had scuff marks on the paint, but I think that may have been intentional. Anything broken should be returned to the dealer. We pay a great deal for this stuff so that is not unreasonable.
