I made some collection decisions and have just posted this limited edition set (with certificate number 500 of 500) at retail price on EBay. I purchased this set from the great folks at K&C UK. 500 were issued with certificates in the United Kingdom and 200 (I don't know if they have certificates) were issued in the US.
