Hi fellas,

I recently ordered a retired figure and was pleasantly surprised to find a small card with a picture of the figure and some history on the back side. This was the first/only figure card that I ever received. Do you guys know if these cards are pretty rare? I thought it was pretty cool to find it in the box.

W/O ,

The figure cards were inserted along with many figures from the LAH personality figures from 3-4 years ago. Some of these include
LAH124 Hitler, LAH125 Goering, Eva Braun, etc......Some of the Retired Alamo Defender figures are also some of the K&C figures that had cards issued with the figures giving some Historical background on that specific personality figure .

Reminds me of the 1960's "Warriors of the World" soldiers by Marx. They each came in a unique box with a card relaying a bit of "history" of the soldier. For I while I thought that they were ALL real people .... oh well I was sooooo young then. :p

I would hold on to those K&C cards. The cards (and box) for the WotW are worth more that the soldier these days!

Gents,

The Cards are cool. I wish all the figures came with cards, but that is not up to me.

Whenever we receive a figure in on Consignment with one of those cards I add that to the photos! They are quite neat and informative to read.
LW002 currently up on Consignment has one and there have been a few other WS ones that I know of for certain.

Thank you all for the information. It's nice to see that you share pictures of the cards for the consignment items as well Julie. They are enjoyable to read and make you appreciate the figure even more.

Companies should go back to doing this. As most of you know, I collect a lot of AeroArt and I love the historical cards that come with the figures! Just adds something special
