K&C start to mention the word Eastern Front; we have here a beginning, maybe?

BBG010 - Ski Troopers
Two superb German infantry mounted on skis heading into battle... could be "The Ardennes"... could be the frozen wastes of the "Eastern Front"... the choice is yours

By the way it is a nice winter set.

Cheers:)

I think they look like they are making their way through a Bizzard in 'The Cauldron' outside Stalingrad.

I'm with you Rob, they are turning back to Stalingrad after the encirclement by the Russian Operation Uranus November 1942.

Cheers:)

I'd really like to see some Eastern front stuff, perhaps something to depict the suffering around Stalingrad.

Rob

I hope so. I really like to see then in summer clothes, with some armored vehicles and artillery.

CHeers:)

Thought there was enough suffering around Bedfordshire these days due to the delay in the Arnhem release.
Oooooh, Baaaaaad Heid. Run for cover now. Rob's gonna waste you for that one when he logs on later today. Run away, run away......:p:);)

:D Harry,i am trying to show restraint and control about my dissapointment in the Arnhem delay.A dissapointment aggravated ever so slightly by the fact that having waited best part of a year for the release,on the day they ARE released......I SHALL BE OUT OF THE BLOOOOOOOOODY COUNTRY!!!!!!!!!!!! :eek:

But i'm not a bitter chap at all,now if you will excuse me i'm just taking this high powered rifle up to the Church tower.:D

Only kidding chaps,i will look forward to seeing the pics and reading all your thoughts on them on my return. And although i wont be around for the launch,i will be having a ball in Normandy:)

Rob,
Most hotels on the continent have internet access. In the worst case, you could use an Internet Cafe for your regular K&C fix. :)
Now put the high-powered rifle back in the cabinet and try and be a little bit more patient.....Easy for me to say. Can hardly wait to get my hot sticky paws on those beautiful LRDG/SAS releases. ;)

Actually all joking aside it does give me time to bring up some more financial reserves in my battle to afford everything.Somehow between now and xmas there is the 'Charge PT2' Arnhem and LRDG to pay for.

That's the way I see it too. Which is why I'm trying to put together short, medium and long term plans for the rest of 2007 and the whole of 2008. Of course they need to be flexible plans cos K&C keep hitting us with more and more goodies. Looking forward to seeing what gets unveiled at Chicago.

Such a good job she doesn't read this,bless her.:D

when can we expect the vehicles winter germans ????

regards Harry

Harry:

I have no doubt that Generals Walther Model, Gerd von Rundstedt, Hasso von Manteuffel with the help of Peiper, Dietrich and Skorzeny via Andy N. @ K&C will launch a December vehicle release(s) to support the newly announced STUNNING Winter German troops so they are not left out in the cold in the Ardennes. I too await this glorious day! Of course, I am sure that they (Germans) would appreciate some support via "High Cover" as in aircraft-that goes for the Allies too as the weather clears.

Patience as the Winter Campaign nears,
Beaufighter

Hello Beaufighter,

Besides Sep Dietrich-BBG007 and Manteuffel-WS083 that has already the winter clothes on it, I think that the rest would be very welcome, special Skorzeny and Peiper.

Cheers:)

And there is also the Warbirds!

What will be the new models and when will they be available?

I can't spend too much money as Andy may produce a Macchi or a Zero soon :)

Any hints, Andy?

Pierre.
