Now we got the Panzer IV's ( Long and Short Barrels), the MONSTER Tunisian Tiger I, The PUMA Armored Car, we have Decent and Reluctant Fire Power against the Allies! Can you Hear and Imagine the 'Rolling Thunder,' on the Desert Floor? Along with the 88th Gun(WS57) and CS 88TH Gun, we could use that 15cm sFH18-150mm Gun would Top it Off, with the Sound of a 'SCREAMIN Mimi ' (Nebelwerfer) Rocket Artillery and a Nice OLD PAK 40, to Join the Group? 'WOW'!

yeah, I hear you! All that firepower, and the Brits have some Chevy trucks & Jeeps with a machine gun. The desert rats need some tanks. I'm sure my Vickers will stop all those Germans in their tracks? I think a Grant or a Sherman would be a nice addition for the K&C Britsh desert line.

I suspect Andy will address this iniquity in 2008. I can't imagine that a desert Grant, a desert Sherman and a Honey will not be forthcoming . . . Andy is far too smart to pass on the popularity of the desert war.

I think this might be a marketing technigue: start the desert range by focusing on the (for whatever reason) more popular German stuff, build up a demand, get us all calling for Allied armor for the desert to oppose the axis stuff we have all been buying, and then cash in on the sales of Allied tanks that might not have sold as well if offered prior to the axis stuff. Andy didn't become the top dog in the industry by not employing strategy . . .

I think some British tanks would be great. A Crusader? That said, we need to finish out the Afrika Korps with the M13/40 and a Marader III. Those would look excellent. I would love to see Andy tackle the Marader now. I think they really have the tanks down.

I have a funny feeling that 1st half of 2008 is going to see the AK/EA theatre being expanded with some great new releases. Once I catch up with the SOHK items I have earmarked for January/February then its all systems go for those desert war items that I particulary like. Not forgetting that other desert war from around 800 years ago.
