I don't know if this has been addressed already, so if it has please point me to the link.

Is there a repository of K&C production run numbers for given model codes?

Is there anyway for me to know (on the unannounced ones) how many of a certain model or package of models were produced?

Some collectors (me) do like to see that tidbit of information, which of course also helps place some value on a given piece.

As far as I know, that's generally confidential although if you have a specific item in mind, Andy may answer. If you're after the WS 43, I believe he said they made around 2,000.

Is there a reason why its confidential, I mean has Andy or anyone said that is so?

If the book ever gets published there will be production numbers on most pieces . . . but who knows if or when that will happen . . .
