Ok so i had all my K&C/Figarti boxes in storage boxes in loft.However all the soldier boxes were mixed up in the storage boxes and i wanted them grouped into ranges.I call it dotting the i's and crossing the T's,my wife has a much less savoury description of this behaviour which i won't repeat on a family forum:eek::D

So today i had to get out all storage boxes,empty them,then pile boxes in ranges(Arnhem,D Day etc)then put them all back in boxes writing down in a ledger what was in each box and then numbering the boxes before putting them away again.This took from about 9am until 4pm.I was assisted in this monumental task by my two Cats 'Monty' (yes that Monty) and 'Mardie' (i wasn't allowed to call the other one 'Rommel').Well when i say assisted i actually meant they would climb in or on any box i wanted to work on,any of you Cat owners will know what i'm talking about,they just have to sit on top of something!

I would dread getting all my boxes out of the loft.
What a nightmare!
 
My goodness Rob thats a lot of boxes. You couldve ended world hunger if you really wanted to with all that it took to get those.
 
You don't specialize in KC by any chance, do you? An impressive collection. I do understand the cat dilemma as my cats always seem to jump in the one box I am working out of, also. Is that a HB box on the floor?:D -- lancer

No worries Rob. If it wasnt for world hunger, beauty pagents around the world would have to rethink their formats.

What do you want to solve in the world?

Beautiful looking cats Rob. I understand what you are saying I have 4 cats and they like to do what they please. I dont wanna think about all my boxes in the attic.
 
Surely you don't get away with leaving the boxes in front of the television. If so, I may have found some offsite box storage for myself. We can fill the room leaving just a narrow isle down the middle. :D

Rob, In the second picture you can just make out a photo of a couple - the guy has some hair - any idea who that is? :p:rolleyes::D:D:D

A very serious collection of boxes you have there :cool:

I don't envy you at all if you were up in the loft today - what a scorcher! :)

:D:D Was a long time ago Jeff!;)

It was terrible mate,i was soaked to the skin and kept knocking my head on a roof beam....as you can imagine the language was 'Robust'!:eek:;)
